1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dashcredlt.com (the "Site") operated by Dash Credit, LLC ("Dash Credit," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting any information through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Dash Credit operates an online loan matching and lead generation marketplace. We are not a lender, credit broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, determine loan terms, or fund any loans. Our sole role is to connect consumers with our network of authorized, independent third-party lenders and marketing partners who may present available funding options. We are compensated by lenders for successful matches. This compensation does not influence the rates or terms offered to you by any lender.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site and submit a loan inquiry, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
• Are not a resident of a state where our services are unavailable (currently NY, CT, CO, VT, and WV)
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Are not using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. No Guarantee of Loan Offers

Submitting information through the Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or receive a loan offer. Loan eligibility, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by individual lenders based on their underwriting criteria. Dash Credit makes no representation that any particular loan product will be available to you.

5. User Representations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site, you represent that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and current. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Site

6. Consent to be Contacted

By submitting your information through the Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by Dash Credit, lenders in our network, and their marketing partners via telephone (including autodialed and prerecorded calls), text message (SMS/MMS), and email at the contact details you provide, including mobile numbers, even if you are on a Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@dashcredlt.com or by using the opt-out mechanism in any communication.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. DASH CREDIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DASH CREDIT, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dash Credit, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of false or fraudulent information; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not by any court or jury trial. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Dash Credit, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
